I’ve talked about having a curated wardrobe — kind of like a capsule wardrobe but a bit less restricted — and how I love versatile items to invest in. The items in this post all tick off the boxes. I’ve been wearing them for years now and I still can’t get enough of them. And that’s honestly all I want in an item: something I will love wearing season after season. And I hope I can inspire you to really look at your own closet and identify your very own most worn items. They’re a pretty good indicator what you should buy more of and what you need to donate. I would love to know what your beloved wardrobe staples are!
GUCCI SOHO BAG OR THE CAMERA BAG
The number one item that I’ve been constantly wearing since I got it is my Gucci Soho bag*. After watching YouTube reviews and doing my research on what would fit into I decided it would be a good investment piece. And I’ve yet have to regret it.
What I love about this particular camera bag is that it can fit a whole lot for daily use. I can even carry my camera in it if I want to. You can check the post I did with what can fit into it here. The second reason why I liked this one is that it’s a very low-key bag. Even though it has a pretty big Gucci logo on it, it doesn’t feel too branded.
If I had to get another camera bag I would probably go for this Fendi mini camera bag*. I just discovered they have this more toned down version because I’ve only seen the brown version of the camera bag so far. I’ve always had a soft spot for Fendi. Mostly because I could get pretty cool ‘F’ initial pieces. This bag has the Fendi logo all over the front of the bag.
A close second would be the Saint Laurent version* which is pretty much the same as the Gucci one except for the logo (duh) and it has a chevron print embroidered into it.

& OTHER STORIES GRAPHIC TEE OR THE GRAPHIC TEE
Another item I’ve been wearing to death since I’ve got it is my & Other Stories graphic tee. I love wearing it with my signature work look or casually with shorts. Whatever the season, I’ll be wearing this t-shirt.
Because I want to extend the life span of this tee I want to get some other options that I can start wearing and switch up my looks. One of them is the Anine Bing bolt tee*. I love the band tees vibe it has but not the burden of needing to justify why you’re wearing it. Same goes for this Anine Bing vintage tee* with an eagle print.

THE CHIC LIST UPDATE
I’m always on the out look for new items that I can add to my most worn items list in the future. You can find all the items I’m loving right now and what’s on my wish list on this page.
THE CHIC LIST*
CHLOÉ SUSANNA BOOTS OR BUCKLE BOOTS
I think I’ve talked so much about them but I’m in love with these boots. I remember when I made the post for the Farfetch competition that the Chloé Susanna boots were the first thing I wanted to get if I won. And ever since they’ve arrived I’ve been wearing them.
I wear them all year round. With dresses, shorts, jeans, power suits, really everything. In other words, it’s one of the best purchases I made (without spending any money).
I’ve already talked about them in Mondays post and why I love them plus shared other good options. So if you want to get your own pair or another option, check that post.

H&M LIGHT GREY WOOL SWEATER OR KNITTED SWEATER
From all of the sweaters I think the H&M light grey knitted sweater is my most worn one. I’ve even gotten emails about them if I would sell them. I still wear it every season when it gets colder. I also love to wear it with shorts — one of my favorite combo’s to wear, a knitted sweater with shorts.
Unfortunately this style isn’t being sold by H&M any more but I’ve found some other similar sweaters that you can get your hands on. You can still get your hands on this H&M light grey mohair sweater* Or a cool light grey H&M mohair turtle neck sweater*. If you have a bigger budget and want to invest, this Acne Studios knitted sweater* is an amazing option that comes really close to mine.
MICHAEL KORS BRADSHAW WATCH OR THE MENS WATCH
Another item I had been eyeing for a while before I decided to get it. I used to actually have another Michael Kors watch with gold and horn. Super beautiful but I sold it eventually because I wasn’t wearing it anymore because I gold my gold Michael Kors Bradshaw watch. I wanted to get this precise model because it has a black plate. It was a bit hard to get but I ordered it through a local store. And I’m still happy with it.
Personally I love an oversized mens watch. It’s such a staple statement piece that stands out. There are many brands that do this style and you obviously have the classics that maybe some day I will invest in. For now I enjoy the Micheal Kors watches. They hold up well and they aren’t that expensive.
